Creative's B-Stocks are products that were returned by customers for varied reasons and might come with cosmetic blemishes. Every certified B-Stock product is thoroughly tested and has completed a stringent process to ensure no fault was found and each item meets approved standards, same as new Creative products.

All B-Stock products come with a one-year limited hardware warranty.

We're committed to provide customers with products and services of the highest quality.
Orders placed on the Creative Store are covered under a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you find that the product you purchased from us does not suit your needs, is defective, or is damaged in-transit, you have the option of returning it to us within 30 days from the date of order for a refund or an exchange.
Products that are returned due to reasons that are unrelated to product defects will receive the refund amount equivalent to the price of product reflected on the date the order was placed. We are unable to provide return mailing labels nor are we able to provide refunds for shipping costs.
Defective products that missed the 30-day satisfaction guaranteed period may be returned for replacement.
